The Learning Experience is a market-leading nursery operator with over 300 centres in the US. Ryan has delivered their first two UK locations. East Finchley is the first UK opening and will be followed by another, in the Home Counties in the coming months.
Sites, buildings and turnkeys are urgently required in Greater London and the Home Counties. 7 – 12,000sqft plus outdoor playspace.
Jump Inc.
Jump Inc. are a toddler, child, teenage and adult indoor leisure park with inflatables, trampolines, jump towers, flik-flak tracks, obstacle courses, electronic gaming and F&B.
Requirements are across the UK Mainland for buildings and sites of 20,000 – 50,000sqft. These can retail centres, leisure centres or standalone.
David Neal Dental
David Neal are expanding their high street and shopping centre portfolio across the South and Midlands. Prominence and high footfall is key. Units should be at least 1,250sqft ground floor and up to 2,500sqft overall.
Dignity Funerals.
Dignity are seeking at least two new locations in the Southampton area. One is for retail space on the high street. The other is for a Customer Care centre and likely to be in a light industrial park or standalone.
